Every other app and bike computer: Huawei, Amazfit, adidas Running, TrainingPeaks, Bryton, Hammerhead and the rest

Most platforms have the same three buttons under different names, and the app version usually hides them. This guide is the ones without a page of their own. The rule for all of them: open the activity on the website if there is one, and look in its menu for *Export*, *Download* or *Share as file*.

Huawei Health

From Huawei's support page: Health → Exercise records → open an outdoor workout that has a map → tap the route icon on the right → Export route → choose GPX or TCX → save. Only outdoor running, cycling and walking with a GPS track can be exported. Indoor workouts and workouts without a map have no route to give.

Amazfit and the Zepp app

Zepp exports an activity as FIT, one at a time, from the activity's page in the app; the account-level export gives CSV summaries without routes. Zepp also syncs to Strava, adidas Running, TrainingPeaks and komoot, and once the ride is on Strava the GPX is one click away (how). The FIT file viewer reads the Zepp FIT directly.

adidas Running (Runtastic)

The website's activity page is where the export has lived; look for an export or download option on the activity rather than in the app. adidas Running also receives synced workouts from Amazfit and others, which is often why it holds the only copy.

TrainingPeaks

Open the workout on the website; the workout's menu offers a download of the original file the device sent. That original is usually a FIT with everything in it.

Bryton and Hammerhead

Both bike computers have a companion app and a web dashboard, and the activity page on either offers a download of the ride as FIT (and usually GPX). Both also sync to Strava, which for a one-off ride is the shortest route to a file.

Outdooractive and Bikemap

Planning apps, so the file is usually a route, not a recording: the route's page has a GPX download, sometimes behind the paid tier. A recording made with their tracking is on the same page under the activity. Track vs route is the difference for a print.

If the export truly does not exist

Connect the app to Strava or Garmin Connect. Both accept syncs from almost everything, and both export files freely — export from Strava, export from Garmin Connect. For the next run, a watch that writes FIT is the file you will always have.

Then what

Any GPX, FIT or TCX opens in the viewer to check it, uploads to Strava (how), and goes into the editor to become a print of the route with the numbers from the file. The other watches and apps are in the device guides.
