These terms apply to every order placed on epicefforts.com. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

Prices
All prices are shown in Danish kroner and include 25 % Danish VAT. Customers in other EU countries see the price in their own currency where we support it; the amount charged is the amount shown at checkout. Shipping is added before you pay and is never a surprise on the receipt.
Payment
We accept the cards and wallets listed at checkout. Your card is charged when the order is placed. We never see or store your card details — they go to the payment provider directly.
Delivery
Your print is made to order. Production takes 2–4 working days, and shipping is added on top:

Prints are produced by our print partner at the facility closest to you, which is usually inside the EU. Posters up to A4 ship flat; larger ones ship in a tube.
If something is wrong with it
You have two years of statutory warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (*købeloven*). If the print arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not as it should be, write to hello@epicefforts.com within a reasonable time of noticing it — two months always counts as reasonable. Send a photo if you can. We replace it or refund you, and we pay the return postage.
This covers faults. It does not cover a design you approved and then changed your mind about — see Returns and cancellation for what that means here.
Complaints
If we cannot agree, you can take the matter to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaint Resolution:
