Every print is made after you order it, from your file, and that decides most of what follows.
How long it takes
| Production | 2–4 working days |
| Shipping, Denmark | 2–5 working days |
| Shipping, rest of the EU | 3–8 working days |
So a print ordered on a Monday is typically on a wall in Denmark the following week and elsewhere in the EU the week after. Prints are produced by our print partner at the facility closest to you, usually inside the EU, which is where the shorter times come from.
Where we ship, and what it costs
Denmark and the EU. Not the UK, not the US, not elsewhere — the print services compared names shops that do. Shipping is not a flat rate: it depends on the size, whether the print is framed, and the country, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices include 25 % Danish VAT; customers in other EU countries see their own currency where we support it.
How it arrives
A loose print ships rolled in a tube; it flattens within a day on the Museum paper. A framed print ships flat in a box with the hanger fitted. You get an order confirmation by email when you order and a shipping confirmation when it leaves. To send a print directly to somebody else, enter their address at checkout; the confirmations still come to you.
Cancelling before it prints
There is a real window between paying and printing. Nothing goes to press automatically; every order waits for a person to release it, and until then you can cancel for a full refund, no reason needed. That is hours rather than minutes, so if you have changed your mind, write to hello@epicefforts.com now. If you spotted a wrong title or the wrong size, say so and we correct it for free if we reach it in time. Once a print is in the machine it cannot be stopped.
Returns
A print made from your own route with your title on it cannot be sold to anyone else, and EU consumer law makes an exception to the 14-day return right for exactly that — goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. So there is no cooling-off return. It is why the editor shows you precisely what will be printed, and why you confirm you have seen it before checkout. Returns and cancellation has the legal detail.
If it arrives damaged or wrong
That is not a return; it is a fault, and you have two years for it. Damaged in transit, misprinted, wrong size, a crease, colour banding: send a photo to hello@epicefforts.com and we make a new one. You do not pay for the replacement and you do not pay to send the faulty one back. Two months after noticing always counts as in time.
Why the colours may look different from the screen
A screen is lit from behind; paper is lit by the room. The matte paper and the edge-to-edge ink are chosen so the print reads the same in daylight and lamplight, but a screen at full brightness will always be a little brighter than any paper. What we print is the design you approved; Paper explains the stock. Terms of sale covers the rest.
